We do not sell MimOS

The website, ISO, updates and use of MimOS are free. This site has no basket, subscription or checkout, and XI14 collects no card data. There is no MimOS purchase to cancel or refund.

Contributions on Patreon

“Support on Patreon” opens an external platform. Patreon displays the amount and frequency, processes payment and lets you manage or cancel future contributions there. Cancellation prevents later renewals but does not automatically make an already processed charge refundable.

If you believe a charge is wrong, email support@mimoslinux.org with its date, amount and your Patreon identifier or email. Do not send full card numbers or bank details. We will review it under applicable law and the platform’s available mechanisms. You may also use Patreon support.

Nothing limits mandatory consumer rights. If XI14 offers direct payment in the future, it will publish the applicable terms, withdrawal rights and specific refund policy before charging.
